Our application and enrollment process is designed to make sure that we are the right fit for your child and that your family’s goals align with our mission and methods.

Step 2 - application

Interested families are invited to complete the application by clicking the button below. There is no application fee and after submission, someone from our team will be in touch to schedule a 15-minute information call.

step 3 - Initial Phone Call

After you submit your application, our team will reach out to set up a 15-minute phone call to answer all of your questions.

Step 4 - in-person tour + Interview

Visit our beautiful campus and see how we work! You’ll tour our studios and taste what life is like at Ascend.

Afterward, you’ll sit down for an interview with our head of school, Alyssa Verdi. You’ll have a chance to share what brought you to Acton and get answers to your questions.

Step 5 - Invitation for a trial

Depending on your child’s age, they will spend 1-2 days in their respective potential studio for a trial!

You’ll drop your learner off at the start of the day and pick them up at the close of the day. They’ll get to know the other learners and get a good sense of the Ascend experience. The Studio Guide will observe your learner and we’ll use this information to ensure that your learner will excel in the Acton model.

Step 6 - Enrollment meeting

If your family is a great fit, a 30-minute meeting will be scheduled after your child’s trial and you will receive an invitation to enroll. Once your Reservation Fee is paid and you submit Enrollment paperwork, you are good to go!
